Returns

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right. If you are eligible for a return, UNHIREDSTUDIOS will issue a credit note valid for 3 years once your return has been received and approved.

RETURN REQUESTS

Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, your item must be returned to us within 14 days.

All returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2–3 business days for it to be inspected and processed.

CREDIT NOTES

For eligible returns, a credit note will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) and will remain valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, colour or style, you will need to return your original item and place a new order using the credit note provided.

Due to the limited availability and fast turnover of our collections, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size or style will remain in stock.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at unhired.club@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs of the item.

Faulty or incorrect items will be handled separately from change-of-mind returns and in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as UNHIREDSTUDIOS cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.
